Even most of people with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) can not use their legs the way they were used to do, it still is important to keep doing it for several reason, per example:
- keeping good Bone Density to avoid fractures, this will be even more valuable when you are getting older
- keeping Bones and others passive Structures in best possible shape for future treatments
- getting a better over all body feeling
- hopefully get less neuropathic pain due to the higher sensory and motoric input
- hopefully lower you spasm and spasticity
- keeping better blood circulation in your body
- etc.
We want to provide a bunch of possible and doable exercises, which can be done with ordinary equipment, or just small modifications of equipment. We wish you “Good Training”`!
